Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans sauerkraut
    1 lb. sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. garlic
    6 oz. cream cheese
    bread crumbs
    eggs, beaten
    flour
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onion.
    Drain.
    Add rest of ingredients (except bread crumbs, eggs and flour).
    Heat until cream cheese melts.
    Refrigerate overnight (or 1 to 2 hours). Roll into balls.
    Roll balls in flour, dip in eggs (add 1 or 2 tablespoons water to eggs), then roll in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
