Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 large pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1 pt. boiling water (2 c.)
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 lb. prewashed frozen cranberries
    1 orange
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Grind cranberries and orange (including rind) in blender, small portions at a time.
    Add sugar.
    Mix well with fruit and let it sit 1 hour. When Jell-O begins to congeal, add fruit.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Place in refrigerator.
    Cut in squares to serve over a lettuce leaf.
