Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. finely minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced toasted almonds
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise with lemon juice, onion and salt.
    Mix lightly with chicken, celery and almonds.
    Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    May be served on a bed of lettuce or watercress.
    You may also make this using either cooked shrimp, turkey or crabmeat in place of chicken.
