Ingredients

1 (3oz) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. butter
16 - 18 tiny whole cooked carrots
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Pour into skillet.
Add butter, simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add carrots and cook over moderate heat for 15 minutes, basting frequently.
Serves 4 - 6.
