Herbed Stuffed Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. snow peas
    2 pkg. Boursin herbed garlic cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Break ends off of snow peas and pull string from straight side of peas.
    Blanch peas in boiling water for 1 minute.
    Remove from water immediately and pour peas into a bowl of ice water.
    Mix cream with Boursin cheese and put mixture in a pastry bag.
    Slit the straight side of peas to open and pipe cheese mixture into peas.
    Arrange on a plate and serve well-chilled.
