Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 pimento, chopped
    4 slices bacon, chopped into pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper in 1/2 cup water slowly until most of the water is gone.
    Drain.
    Add sour cream, Worcestershire, eggs and 1/2 of cracker crumbs.
    Add cheese and pimento; stir well.
