Cheese And Spinach Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and half and half cream together.
    Blend in cheese, spinach, bacon bit, salt and lemon juice.
    Place in 9-inch quiche or pie pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool slightly and cut into 10 wedges.
