Sauce (Creme Dijon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    2 eggs
    1 c. heavy or light cream
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. tarragon or dill weed
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, beat all ingredients until smooth.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture begins to thicken.
    Makes 1 2/3 cups.
    Serve with beef, poultry, fish and vegetables.
