Springele - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large eggs, beat for 20 minutes
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. anise seed or anise oil
Preparation

Add powdered sugar to eggs and beat for 20 minutes.
Mix in flour, baking powder and anise seed or oil.
Roll out and cut and let lay overnight.
Bake at 300\u00b0.
