Oven Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine, melted
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each: thyme, rosemary and savory
1 1/2 to 2 lb. cut up frying chicken
1 1/4 c. crushed bite-size toasted corn cereal
Preparation

Combine margarine, flour and seasonings and blend well. Dip chicken pieces in this mixture, then in cereal crumbs. Place coated chicken on greased baking sheet. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Then turn and bake 25 minutes longer or until crisp and brown. Serves 4.
