Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour (2 of cake flour, 1 of all-purpose)
1 tsp. almond flavoring
3 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter and cream cheese together.
Add sugar; cream well. Beat in 6 eggs, one at a time.
Add sifted flour and flavorings. Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Put in cold oven; set at 350\u00b0.
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
Test with a toothpick to see if done.
(Have butter, cream cheese and eggs at room temperature.)
