Pear Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 peck pears
6 red sweet peppers
6 green sweet peppers
2 medium onions
1 large can crushed pineapple
5 c. sugar
5 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. spices (cinnamon, allspice, cloves, optional)
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Grind pears, onions and peppers.
Cook 30 minutes or less on low heat.
Drain.
Heat vinegar, sugar and spices on low heat. Add salt, then pears, peppers, onions and pineapple.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Put in jars.
