Spaghetti San Giovanni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 anchovy filets
    1 Tbsp. capers
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel garlic.
    Wash parsley and chop with the garlic.
    Chop anchovy filets.
    Place in saute pan; oil 1/2 cup and when very hot, add mixture.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 cup water (hot). Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook on high for 5 minutes, then add capers.
    Cook for a few more minutes, then toss over cooked spaghetti.
