Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 1/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash until tender; drain. Add butter and mash. Mix sugar, egg, mayonnaise, pepper, onion, salt and cheese. Add to squash. Pour into buttered casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
