Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 green peppers, chopped
    2 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. dark vinegar
    1/4 c. canning salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans water packed tuna
    2 (4 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 small cans mushrooms
    2 cans black olives, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Bring ingredients, except green peppers, to a rapid boil.
    Add green peppers and boil until done to your taste, about 10 minutes. Stir constantly while boiling. Fill hot jars and seal.
    Pressure cook 10 minutes at 10 pound pressure.
    Serve with crackers.
