Crunchy Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped cooked turkey
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except noodles.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.
    Microwave at High 12 to 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 6 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Chinese noodles and serve immediately.
    Yields 6 servings.
