Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 1/2 c. light molasses
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    5 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Cook molasses, water, sugar and salt until it forms a hard ball.
    Add vanilla and shortening and stir only to mix.
    Pour over popped corn and make into balls.
