Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. olive oil
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Mix well. Combine in another bowl the oil, egg and milk.
Mix well and stir into dry ingredients until blended.
Pour into a well buttered 8-inch square pan and bake for 25 minutes.
(One half cup sharp Cheddar cheese may be added.)
