Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
    2 Tbsp.+ margarine
    1 c. (7 oz.) crab meat, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion tops or chives
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brush mushroom caps with butter; set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Fill caps.
    Place on broiler pan.
    Broil about 5 minutes.
