2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. low-fat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together (will be stiff).
Spray 8 x 8-inch dish with Pam. Spread batter in dish.
