Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    24 marshmallows
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. black walnuts or 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes in water until soft.
    Mash and let cool.
    Form mashed sweet potatoes around marshmallows.
    Dip in honey and roll in crushed nuts.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
