Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    2 large carrots
    3 potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 celery stalks
    6 mushrooms
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes or 3 Tbsp. fresh
    1 Tbsp. basil or 2 Tbsp. fresh
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 c. red wine
    2 cans beef stock
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut carrots, potatoes, onion and celery into chunks.
    Crush garlic.
    Finely chop parsley and basil.
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
