Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. boiling water
    pats of butter for top
    nutmeg for top
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell. Top with pats of butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes until set.
    Increase quantities for larger pie.
