Hamburger Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco mix
2 tubes Hungry Jack biscuits
8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Brown hamburger in frying pan, then add taco mix according to package directions.
Let simmer.
Grease 2 cupcake pans; line the pockets of the cupcake pans with biscuit dough.
Spoon in hamburger; fill to top.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
