Easy Ground Beef Lasagna - cooking recipe

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cottage cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. lasagna noodles
Preparation

Brown ground beef in saucepan, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water and seasonings; mix well.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, eggs and half the Parmesan cheese in bowl.
Layer 1 cup sauce, 3 uncooked noodles, 1 1/2 cups sauce and half the cheese mixture in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining sauce and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap, turning back edge to vent.
Microwave on High for 25 minutes, turning once.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
