Raisin Crisp Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick rolled oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Del Monte seedless raisins
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine oats and brown sugar.
    Stir in oil, egg and flavoring. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to oat mixture, blending well.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
