Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans apricot halves
2 c. light brown sugar
1 box Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

In a baking dish, put layers of apricots, sugar and cracker crumbs and then pat butter on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour. If dry, add apricot juice.
