Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar (10x)
Preparation
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter on High 2 to 4 minutes.
    Add cocoa and vanilla and mix well.
    Add the powdered sugar.
    Mix with your hands until well blended.
    Be careful; it may still be hot! Press into an 8 x 8-inch or 8 x 10-inch pan and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Store in the refrigerator.
