Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie shell with pastry and chill. Combine ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Pour into shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes.
