Corned Beef Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. can corned beef
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish
1 small onion, grated fine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients well.
Grease dish with 1 pound margarine.
Sprinkle parsley flakes generously around inside. Put mix into bowl.
Cover and refrigerate several hours.
Turn out onto platter ring with firm crackers to serve.
