Deli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pasta shells (medium), cooked
2 c. ham, diced
1 c. Cheddar cheese cubes
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
1 c. yogurt
1 c. green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Crown brand or Karo corn syrup
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. frozen peas, thawed
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Combine pasta shells, ham, cheese and celery in salad bowl.
In blender, combine oil, yogurt, green onions, lemon juice, corn syrup, mustard, tarragon, salt and pepper.
Pour over salad. Marinate one hour.
