Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 slices dry white bread, soaked in a little milk
    8 eggs
    1 c. chopped spinach
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion slowly until light brown in nonstick frypan.
    Add chopped spinach; if frozen, cook a few minutes.
    Add bread; squeeze and crumble.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add to mixture with cheese.
    Cook in a well-oiled frypan slowly (as for scrambled eggs).
    When dry, put mixture in a nonstick frypan and cook on top of stove slowly.
    When a brown crust forms, turn over and cook other side. (Place a plate on pie and turn mixture over.
    Slowly put back in pan to cook other side.)
