Honey Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. carrots, scraped and cut into julienne strips
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cover.
Cook 5 minutes.
Uncover and cook 10 to 15 minutes until carrots are crisp and tender.
Yields 10 servings.
