Italian Clam Sauce(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    7 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. diced onion
    18 oz. chopped clams
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    4 1/2 tsp. minced parsley
    12 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent. Add clams with juice.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add pepper flakes, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Mix well and simmer 1 minute.
    Serve with favorite pasta.
