No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes
    5 carrots, sliced
    6 potatoes, quartered
    1 c. coarsely cut celery
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put in roaster, cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Do not peek!
    Great with hot biscuits.
