Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can corn
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour half of mixture in pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese over that, then add the rest of batter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
