Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy mix
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except muffin mix.
    Stir in muffin mix. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 12.
