Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained (save juice)
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    milk plus juice to make 1 c.
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Stir in milk/juice mixture and egg.
    Fry in hot oil, turning as needed until browned (3 to 4 minutes).
    Serve with syrup or honey.
