Cookie Twists(Koulourakia) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Mazola oil
1 stick butter or oleo
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. sugar (granulated)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. baking powder
flour
Preparation

Flour as
much as it takes to shape cookies.
Cream oil and butter.
Add
sugar, eggs (one at a time), juice, milk and vanilla;
beat
well.
Mix\tflour
and
baking
powder; add to creamed mixture.
Roll small pieces of dough by hand and shape into cookie twist.\tSmall piece of dough (5-inches) in length. Bring together
the
2
ends overlapping and form a circle and close.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
