Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. each: granulated and brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 cloves crushed garlic
Preparation
    Disjoint wings; discard tips.
    Stir together all marinade ingredients.
    Put wings in heavy plastic bag or marinating container.
    Cover with marinade.
    Marinate at least 2 hours. Overnight is best.
    To cook, place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12 or less.
