Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can boned chicken
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    shoestring potatoes
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with mayonnaise and refrigerate.
    Add 1 medium-sized bag of shoestring potatoes just before serving (tuna can be substituted).
    This recipe can be used to serve a large group by just increasing all ingredients and by adding the shoestring potatoes to it.
