Mini Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. refrigerated butterflake dinner rolls (12)
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    1 1/3 oz. Gruyere cheese
Preparation
    Grease 2 dozen 1 3/4-inch muffin pans.
    Separate each roll in half and press into pans to make a shell.
    Place one shrimp in each shell.
    Combine egg, cream, brandy, salt and pepper.
    Divide evenly among shells, using about 2 teaspoons for each .
    Slice cheese into 24 small triangles and place on top of filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
