Pesto Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. new potatoes
    1 c. basil leaves
    1/2 c. parsley, loosely packed
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (unpeeled) until tender.
    Drain and slice in half.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender jar and puree.
    Toss potatoes gently with dressing.
    Let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
