Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 large cans tomato juice
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 cans fat-free chili beans
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry hamburger; drain fat.
Rinse under hot water to remove excess fat.
Combine all ingredients; simmer 4 to 7 minutes.
This makes a very thick chili, so you may want to add more tomato juice or water.
