Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped meat (leftover turkey, ham, chicken, etc.)
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 c. boiled rice
celery salt to taste
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. catsup
salt and pepper
Preparation

Season meat and pile in the center of a greased casserole. Mix eggs, milk, rice, margarine and seasonings.
Pour over the meat.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
A good way to use up that dab of leftover meat.
