Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp, your favorite or Velveeta)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Add beaten egg, chopped onion, mayo, undiluted soup, cheese and salt.
    Mix well and place in greased casserole (1 1/2-quart).
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Freezable.
