Sausage - Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage, room temperature
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
3 c. Bisquick
dash Tabasco
Preparation

Mix ingredients and form into small balls and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Can be made up and put on cookie sheet and frozen, then bagged.
To reheat, put in 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Can also be frozen after initial baking.
