Instant Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large ripe bananas
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 to 6 Tbsp. apricot brandy
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar or to taste (optional)
    sprigs of fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Peel bananas, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
