Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
3 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 small cans tomato paste
3 cans water
1 tsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. thyme (optional)
1 tsp. cumin (optional)
Preparation

Combine meat, onion and water.
Cook until meat is no longer pink.
Break meat apart while cooking so that the meat particles will be small.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer several hours.
May be simmered in a crock-pot.
