Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. peanuts or pecans
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine
    sugar,
    butter,
    syrup
    and
    salt.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Beat in soda and stir.
    Stir in nuts.
    Place popcorn in large
    shallow
    pan;
    pour sugar mixture over corn.
    Stir. Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes or until done. When done, popcorn will no longer be sticky.
    Time of preparation: 1 hour.
